摘要 通过教研员胜任力调查研究,发现当前中小学教研员胜任力发展具有自我成就的专业发展倾向。由于受性别、单位类别、教研年限、学历和职称等不同程度影响,教研员胜任力在专业知识、课程建设、教学发展、科学研究、组织领导和专业品质上表征各异。其中女性教研员专业品质胜任特征显著;研究生学历教研员课程建设和科学研究胜任特征显著;16-20年教研年限的教研员专业知识胜任特征显著。为组建高素质专业化教研员队伍,有必要突破传统教科研工作思路,凸显教研员的课程领导作用,不断涵养教研理性品质。 Through the research of competency of research fellows in China, it is found that the current competency development of research fellows in primary and secondary schools has the tendency of professional development of self achievement. Due to the influence of gender, type of institutions they work for, teaching and research years, educational background and professional title, research fellows have different performance in professional knowledge, curriculum construction, teaching development, scientific research, organizational leadership and professional quality. The research finds that the competency o£ professional qualities of female research fellows is remarkable;the competency of curriculum construction and scientific research o£ research fellows with postgraduate qualifications is the most outstanding;and the compelency of professional knowledge of research fellows with 16-20 years' work experience is the strongest. In order to build a professional team of research fellows, it is necessary to break through the traditional experience based thinking of teaching and research work, highlight the role or status of research fellows in curriculum leadership, promote the research fellows' professional sense, and constantly cultivate the rational quality of teaching and research.
