“Three-step with integration model”dental medical aid to build a first-class international dental center

口腔医疗援疆是医疗援疆中的重要组成部分。由于口腔医学学科的特殊性,学科建设具有其独特性。在"组团式"援疆医疗模式的基础上,文章提出"三步走,衔接式"口腔医疗援疆策略,从"建立起来"到"规范起来"再到"专业起来","三步走"发展受援单位的口腔学科,并根据不同时期的发展需求,"衔接式"地指派所需特长的支援专家,有规划地援助新疆当地医疗机构建设一流国际口腔医疗中心,在提升临床诊疗服务能力的同时,促进医教研全面协调发展,满足地区口腔医疗需求。

Dental medical aid is an important part of medical aid for Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Due to the unique features of stomatology,the construction of dental discipline has its unique characteristics. On the basis of the"group-based"medical aid mode,this paper proposes a"three-step with integration model"as a dental medical strategy for aiding Xinjiang,in which the three steps by establishment,standardization and professionalization were taken to promote the development of dental departments of the aided hospitals. The aiding experts with required expertise were assigned in an"integration"manner according to the development needs in the particular periods,aiming at assisting the local dental institutions in Xinjiang to build a first-class international dental center. Such an international center will be able to meet the needs of regional dental care with enhanced clinical services and coordinated development of medical treatment,education and research.
