摘要
本文基于组织文化四因素理论,聚焦公立医院机关组织文化,对其特征及建设难点探索分析,进而提出有利于公立医院组织文化建设的措施和建议。
Based on the four-factor theory of organizational culture,this paper focuses on the organizational culture of public hospitals,explores its characteristics and difficulties in its construction,and then puts forward measures and suggestions conducive to the construction of organizational culture of public hospitals.
