住院医师规范化培训缓解院前急救人员短缺问题研究

Introduction of standardized training for residents to alleviate the shortage of pre-hospital first-aid personnel

针对目前院前急救人员匮乏现状,提出引进住院医师规范化培训缓解院前急救人员短缺问题的必要性,阐述住院医师在院前医疗急救服务的应用模式,分析引进住院医师规范化培训缓解院前急救人员存在的问题并提出针对性的工作建议,明确院前医疗急救机构引进住院医师的专业、培训时间、培训方式及考核办法,确保住院医师获得必备的急救知识及技能,切实补充院前急救力量,保证院前医疗急救服务呼叫满足率得到有效、持续提高,保障患者得到及时、有效救治。

In view of the current shortage of pre-hospital first-aid personnel,this paper puts forward the necessity of introduction of standardized training for residents into pre-hospital medical emergency services system to alleviate the shortage of pre-hospital first-aid personnel and expounds the application mode of pre-hospital medical first-aid service of residents. It analyzes the problems in introducing the standardized training and puts forward targeted suggestions. This study clarifies the specialty,training time,training method and assessment method of introduced residents,and ensures that residents obtain the necessary first-aid knowledge and skills to effectively supply the pre-hospital first-aid force and ensure that the satisfaction rate of pre-hospital medical first-aid service call is effectively and continuously improved,and ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment.
