同忻选煤厂加压过滤机技术改造与应用

Technical Reform and Application of Pressure Filter in Tongxin Coal Preparation Plant

针对同忻选煤厂加压过滤机设备故障频发,经常出现卸料闸门关不到位且噪音过大、刮板链跳链、断链以及气水分离器分离效果差等问题,研究实施了加压过滤机气水分离器改造、滚轮润滑改造、刮板机增加失速保护改造等一系列相关技术改造。使得加压过滤机运行更加平稳,原煤入洗量逐步提高,创造了可观的经济效益和社会效益。

Tongxin coal preparation plant pressure filters frequently break down, and the discharge gates are not closed properly and the noise is too large, the scraper chain is skipped or broken, and the moisture separator has poor separation. Aiming at the above problems, a series of relevant technical transformations such as the transformation of pressure filter moisture separator, the transformation of roller lubrication, the transformation of scraper to increase stall protection are studied and implemented. The operation of the pressure filter is more stable, the amount of raw coal washing is gradually increased, and considerable economic and social benefits are created.
