摘要
针对突出矿井煤矿开采逐渐向深部区域延申,突出煤层的瓦斯含量及压力明显增大,瓦斯治理钻孔施工难度增大的难题,利用定向钻机特性,设计了从煤层底板岩石巷道中先施工底板穿岩钻孔,待钻孔进入煤层后,顺着煤层施工定向长钻孔预抽掩护煤巷条带瓦斯,替代了传统的底板穿层钻孔和顺层钻孔。结果表明:该方案实施后不但提高了高瓦斯区域钻孔施工的安全性,又达到突出煤层的快速有效消突效果,进而实现矿井的煤层巷道安全掘进。
As coal mining in outburst mines gradually extends to deep areas, the gas content and pressure of outburst coal seams have increased significantly, and the difficulty of gas control drilling construction has increased. Using the characteristics of directional drilling machine, the paper designs to first construct the floor rock drilling hole from the coal seam floor rock roadway, after the drilling hole enters the coal seam, the directional long drilling along the coal seam is used to pre-drain and cover the gas in the coal roadway, instead of the traditional floor through-hole drilling and along-layer drilling. The results show that the implementation of this plan not only improves the safety of drilling in highgas areas, but also achieves the rapid and effective outburst effect of outburst coal seams, and realizes the safe driving of coal seam roadways.
