辅助生殖技术助孕患者的信息需求及其影响因素

Health Information Needs of Patients Underwent Assisted Reproductive Technology and Its Influencing Factors

目的 描述辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)助孕患者的健康信息需求状况,探讨影响ART助孕患者健康信息需求的主要因素.方法 采用ART助孕患者健康信息需求量表测量360例ART助孕患者的信息需求状况,同时收集患者的一般资料、疾病资料、疾病不确定感状况以及自我效能水平等信息,并进行统计分析.结果 本组患者信息需求得分为(115.37±18.91)分,经逐步多元线性回归发现:患者年龄、文化程度、生育状态、疾病不确定感、自我效能水平是影响患者信息需求得分的主要因素(均P<0.05).结论 ART助孕患者信息需求水平较高,信息需求受多个因素的影响.医护人员应针对其可干预因素,并关注不可干预因素中的重要影响因素,制定切实、有效的信息支持策略,以期满足患者的信息需求,提高医患信息交流满意度.

Objective To investigate the information needs of patients underwent assisted reproductive technology(ART)and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 360 patients underwent ART were selected and investigated with ART-Health Information Needs Scale.Moreover,the patients’demographic data,disease data,uncertainty in illness,self-efficacy level were collected and analyzed.Results The score of patients’information needs was(115.37±18.91).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,educational level,fertility status,uncertainty in illness and self-efficacy were influencing factors of patients’information needs(all P<0.05).Conclusions Patients underwent assisted reproductive technology have higher information needs,which are affected by many factors.In order to meet the patients’information needs and improve the satisfaction of information exchange between doctors and patients,medical staff should pay attention to the important influencing factors of the non-intervention factors,and formulate practical and effective information support strategies.
