摘要
目前大部分省份的电力公司均实现了智能电能表的全覆盖、全采集和全费控,明显提高了电费回收水平。用电信息采集系统作为低压远程费控的执行端,其功能优化极其重要,本文介绍了河北用电信息采集系统低压远程费控现状,针对低压远程费控存在的问题进行原因分析,从软件、管理流程等方面提出优化方案,并说明了优化效果。
At present,the power companies in most provinces have achieved full coverage,full collection and full cost control of smart energy meters,which has significantly improved the level of electricity tariff recovery.The electricity information collection system is the execution end of the low-voltage remote charge control.Its function optimization is very important.This paper introduces the present situation of low-voltage remote control in electricity information collection system,analyzes the reasons of the problems,proposes the optimization from the software and administration,and illustrates the treatment effect.
