电网“煤改电”运行分析及综合评价

Operetion Anaiysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of "Coal to Electricity" in Power Grid

"煤改电"工程利用电采暖设备替代原先散煤燃烧采暖的方式,可有效防治大气污染等问题。介绍河北省南部电网"煤改电"运行情况,针对存在的问题提出改进与治理方案,从电量增幅、户均投资及投诉数量3个方面进行了综合评价,提出评价方案,并通过算例验证评价方案的合理性。

The "coal to electricity" project uses electric heating equipment to replace the original method of burning coal for heating,which can effectively prevent air pollution and other problems.This article introduces the operation situation of "coal to electricity" in southern Hebei,and gives improvement and treatment plans for existing problems.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation is made from three aspects:the increase in power generation,the average investment per household,and the number of complaints.The comprehensive evaluation is conducive to the implementation and promotion of the "coal to electricity" project.
