混凝土地下车库无梁楼盖破坏原因与加固方法 被引量:2

摘要 某地下车库为混凝土无梁楼盖(平板柱)结构,在使用铲车进行顶板覆土施工中造成覆土厚度达到设计厚度的2倍,造成地下1层部分柱混凝土被压碎或沿柱长方向贯穿裂缝,结构有局部坍塌的危险.分析引起地下车库柱破坏的原因,给出了将柱复位,用灌浆料代替压碎混凝土,并粘贴碳纤维(CFRP)加固破坏柱的方法. There is a slab-column underground parking structure.During the construction process of covering soil on the roof of underground parking using forklift,the real covering soil thickness is two times of the design covering thickness,which leads to the crush on the root and cracks along the column length direction of some columns in the underground garage.These all make this slab-column underground parking structure in a dangerous condition of collapse.Aiming to this problem,the reason of the damage of columns on the underground parking was analyzed and the method to repair the damaged columns was proposed.The repairing method is to use the grouting material to represent the crushed concrete and to use the carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)reinforcement technology.
