供热方式对相变蓄能炕热性能的影响

摘要 在相同工况下设置不同的供水温度对毛细管网相变蓄能炕和不锈钢盘管相变蓄能炕进行对比试验,分析供热方式对相变蓄能炕的热性能影响及不同供热方式下的最佳供水温度.结果表明毛细管网相变蓄能炕的最佳供水温度比不锈钢盘管相变蓄能炕的最佳供水温度低5℃,说明毛细管网传热效果好,热量利用率高,相比不锈钢盘管相变蓄能炕的热稳定性高,购置成本和维修成本较低,经济性更好. By setting different water supply temperatures under a same working condition,the PCMs storage Kang with capillary network and PCMs storage Kang with stainless steel coil are compared,and the influence of heating modes on the thermal performance of PCMs storage Kang and the choice of optimal water supply temperature under different heating modes are analyzed.The results show that the optimal water supply temperature of capillary mesh with PCMs storage Kang is 5℃ lower than that of stainless steel coil Kang,indicating that the capillary mesh has better heat transfer effect and higher thermal utilization rate.It is higher than the thermal stability of the stainless steel coil PCMs storage Kang.The cost of acquisition and maintenance of PCMs Kang with capillary network is lower and the economy is better.
