摘要
分析对超高层建筑重力给水系统、变频给水系统优缺点,并结合某超高层建筑设计案例对重力给水系统、重力+变频给水系统在机房面积、水量计算、设备选型、系统可靠性、运营维护、设备投资及投资回报期方面进行技术经济比较,并对2种给水系统方案的特点进行讨论和说明,最后提出超高层建筑给水系统方案选择建议.
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the gravity water supply system and the frequency conversion water supply system of the super high-rise building,and compares the technology and economy of the gravity water supply system and the gravity+frequency conversion water supply system in the areas of the machine room,the calculation of the water quantity,the selection of the equipment,the reliability of the system,the operation and maintenance,the investment of the equipment and the return period of the investment based on the design case of the super high-rise building,and compares the characteristics of the two water supply systems.Finally,some suggestions on.the selection of water supply system for super high rise buildings are put forward.
