超声清创联合负压引流技术治疗糖尿病足溃疡临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Followed by Ultrasonic Debridement Surgical System in Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的:探讨超声清创联合负压引流技术治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将2016年1月至2019年6月诊治的糖尿病足溃疡Ⅱ-Ⅲ级创面(Wagner分级)患者30例随机分为对照组和观察组各15例,分别予外科常规清创加凡士林油纱包扎、超声清创联合负压引流技术治疗,比较两组患者溃疡愈合时间、痛疼评分、溃疡复发率及截肢/趾率。结果:观察组患者溃疡愈合时间、痛疼评分、溃疡复发率、截肢/趾率均明显低于对照组,Ρ均<0.05。结论:使用超声清创联合负压引流技术可缩短糖尿病足溃疡愈合时间,减低溃疡复发率及截肢/趾率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of negative pressure wound therapy followed by ultrasonic debridement surgical system in patients with diabetic foot.Methods:30 patients with diabetic foot ulcer(WagnerⅡ-Ⅲ)were randomly divided into control group and observation,each group was 15 cases,accepted with ultrasonic debridement surgical system combined negative pressure wound therapy and traditional surgical debridement combined bandaged with Vaseline respectively.Woundhealing time,pain score,recurrence rate of ulcer and rate of limb or toe amputation were compared between the two groups.Results:The healing time,pain score,recurrence rate of ulcer and rate of limb or toe amputation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasonic debridement surgical system combined with negative pressure wound therapy can accelerate wound cure,relieve pain,reduce recurrence rate of ulcer and rate of limb or toe amputation.
