中西医治疗局限期小细胞肺癌现状与展望

Overview of Research on Limited Small Cell Lung Cancer Treated by Chinese and Western Medicine

小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)是恶性程度最高的肺癌类型,临床上分为局限期和广泛期,其中约30%确诊时为局限期。关于局限期的定义有多个版本,尚未完全统一。其西医治疗主要以手术、化疗、放疗为主,靶向治疗及免疫治疗仍在探索中。中医研究SCLC时极少将局限期与广泛期分别论述,单纯针对局限期的研究几乎为空白。故将中医关于SCLC的理论探讨及临床研究的部分成果加以整理,以期为临床治疗及科研提供思路和参考。

Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is the most malignant type of lung cancer,and clinically divided into limited disease and extended disease,among which about 30%of patients are diagnosed as limited disease.There are several versions about the definition of limited disease and an unified viewpoint have not been formed.Western medicine treatment methods include surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy,while targeted therapy and immunotherapy is still under exploration.
