茵陈蒿汤是《伤寒杂病论》的经典名方,具有清热利湿退黄的功效,临床广泛用于各种急慢性肝病、肝硬化、胆汁淤积性肝病、胆道系统疾病,对改善患者临床症状和病情恢复具有良好作用,该文对近年来茵陈蒿汤在肝胆系统疾病中的临床应用相关文献进行综述,以进一步了解茵陈蒿汤目前的应用现状及其临床价值。

Yinchenhao Decoction is a classic prescription of the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases which has effects of clearing heat,draining dampness and removing jaundice.It is widely used in various acute and chronic liver diseases,liver cirrhosis,cholestatic liver disease and biliary system diseases and it can improve patients clinical symptoms and restore the condition.In order to understand its current application status and clinical value,this article reviews the recent clinical application of Yinchenhao Decoction in hepatobiliary disease.
