二仙汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Erxian Decoction in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的探讨二仙汤对绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月-2019年3月于我院住院治疗的96例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,并随机分为中药治疗组与西医对照组,西医对照组患者接受常规西医治疗;中药治疗组患者在西医对照组基础上服用二仙汤。于治疗前后观测两组患者的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、骨密度(Bone mineral density,BMD)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端肽(procollagen typeⅠN propeptide,PⅠNP)、Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽(C-terminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen,CTX-Ⅰ)、骨钙素(osteocalcin,BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(Bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(Tartaric acid-resistant acid phosphatase,TRACP)、不良反应发生率及骨折发生率变化情况。结果中药治疗组治疗有效率为91.67%(44/48),西医对照组治疗有效率为77.08%(37/48),中药治疗组临床疗效明显高于西医对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,中药治疗组在VAS评分、PⅠNP、BGP、TRACP、CTX-Ⅰ均较西医对照组明显降低,BMD、BALP均较西医对照组明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二仙汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效显著,可降低患者疼痛程度、提升骨密度、改善骨代谢,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of Erxian Decoction on postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods 96 patients with PMOP from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into TCM treatment group and Western medicine control group.The patients in Western medicine control group received routine Western medicine treatment.The patients in TCM treatment group received Erxian Decoction on basis of Western medicine control group.The VAS scores,bone mineral density(BMD),procollagenⅠN-terminal peptide(PⅠNP),crosslinked C-telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen(CTX-Ⅰ),bone gla-protein(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP),incidence of adverse reactions and fracture were observed before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of TCM treatment group was 91.67%(44/48),while Western medicine control group was 77.08%(37/48).The clinical efficacy of TCM treatment group was significantly higher than western medicine control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,PⅠNP,BGP,TRACP,CTX-Ⅰin TCM treatment group were significantly lower than Western medicine control group,while BMD,BALP were significantly higher than Western medicine control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Erxian Decoction is effective in treating PMOP.It can reduce pain,increase bone mineral density and improve bone metabolism.It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
