Nursing Experience of Transabdominal Myomectomy for Diffuse Uterine Leiomyomatosis

目的总结经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病的护理经验,为其手术护理提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院收治的10例弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病患者的围术期护理措施。结果10例患者手术均获得成功,术中平均切除肌瘤数50.1个(16~128个),平均出血量270 mL(150~650 mL),平均手术时间125.8 min(75~200 min)。术后平均住院时间5.3 d(5~8 d),无并发症发生。结论经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术可作为希望保留生育功能的弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病患者一种治疗选择。优质的护理有助于减少术后并发症,提高治愈率,缩短平均住院时间。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of transabdominal myomectomy for diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis,and provide a reference for its surgical nursing.Methods To analyse retrospectively the perioperative nursing intervention of 10 women with diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis being treated in our hospital.Results All patients’operation were successful.The mean number of myomas enucleated from each patient was 50.1(16-128).Mean blood loss was 270 mL(150-650 mL).Mean operative time was 125.8 min(75-200 min).Mean post operation hospitalization was 5.3 days(5-8 days).No complications occurred.Conclusion Transabdominal myomectomy may be considered as an option for women with diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis who wish to preserve fertility.High quality nursing helps to reduce postoperative complications,improve the cure rate,and shorten the average length of stay.
