高速公路服务区拓展功能及经营模式研究

Research on Expansion Function and Management Model of Expressway Service Area

随着经济社会的快速发展以及人民群众出行体验的逐步提高,高速公路服务区正在向业态更加丰富、功能更加完备的新型商业综合体发展。其除应具备停车、加油、加气、充电、汽修以及为驾乘人员提供休息、如厕、餐饮、便利店购物等基本服务外,还应因地制宜大力发展拓展功能。高速公路服务区经营管理体制机制直接影响着服务区的经济效益,结合云南省高速公路服务区的发展实际,提出新建高速公路服务区,采取统一合作经营模式;对于已建高速公路服务区,建议在维持现有经营模式的基础上,逐步向统一合作经营模式过渡。高速公路服务经营管理专业化,将更有利于突出服务区的特色服务,提高服务品质,增加高速公路运营管理企业的主营收入。

With the rapid development of economy and society and the gradual improvement of people’s travel experience,the expressway service area is developing into a new type of commercial complex with diversified configurations and more complete functions.In addition to parking,refueling,gas filling,charging,automobile repair and providing basic services for drivers,such as rest,toilet,catering,convenience store shopping,its expanded functions should also vigorously developed according to local conditions.The operation and management system and mechanism directly affect the economic benefits of service area.Based on the actual development of expressway service area in Yunnan Province,in this paper it is proposed that the new expressway service areas can adopt a unified and cooperative management model.For the existing expressway service zones,it is suggested that on the basis of maintaining the existing business model,the unified and cooperative business model should be gradually transformed.Specialized operation and management of expressway services will be more conducive to highlighting the characteristics of service areas,improving service quality and increasing the main revenue of expressway operation and management enterprises.
