摘要 远洋海岛群可再生能源十分丰富,为建设高渗透率清洁能源微网提供了可能。然而受限于地理隔离,岛屿间能量难以直接传输。为此,该文提出了基于鲁棒风险的远洋海岛群多态能量流经济调度。首先,针对远洋海岛群源荷时空逆向分布的特性,提出了基于换电船舶(electric vessel,EV)的岛间能量传输构想。在此基础上,量化分析了EV的时空转移特性和储能单元充放电特性,建立了兼具离散与连续特性的多态能量流混合模型。进而,充分考虑日前调度风险,基于信息间距决策理论搭建了远洋海岛群多态能量流鲁棒调度模型,并将原问题分解成不计潮流约束的主问题与潮流可行性检验子问题进行迭代求解。最后,仿真结果验证了所提方法的合理性与可行性。 The renewable energy of the pelagic clustering islands is abundant,which makes it possible to build a high-permeability clean energy microgrid.However,due to the geographical isolation,it is difficult to transfer energy between islands directly.To this end,this paper proposed a multi-state energy flow economic dispatching of pelagic clustering islands based on robust risk.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the energy supply and demand structure in the spatiotemporal reverse distribution,the concept of island-to-island energy transmission islands based on electric vessel(EV)in the pelagic clustering islands was proposed.On this basis,the navigational characteristics of the EV and the chargingdischarging characteristics of the energy storage system were quantitatively analyzed,then a multi-state energy flow hybrid model with discrete and continuous coexistence was also established.Furthermore,considering the risk of daily dispatching,the multi-state energy flow robust scheduling model of the pelagic clustering islands was constructed based on the information gap decision theory,which was decomposed into the main problem without the power flow constraint and the power flow feasibility test sub-problem.Finally,the simulation results verified the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
