隐球菌病是一种全球分布的侵袭性真菌感染。近年来,隐球菌病的发病率呈增长趋势,受到越来越多的关注。众多的研究表明地理位置、环境暴露、宿主遗传因素及免疫状态等都会增加隐球菌病发生的风险。了解隐球菌病相关危险因素有助于识别高危患者,及时诊断和治疗隐球菌病,降低隐球菌病的发病率和病死率。本文通过文献回顾,对隐球菌病的危险因素作一综述。

Gryptococcosis is a globally distributed invasive fungal infection. The incidence of cryptococcosis is gradually increased in recent years, which attracts the attention of more and more scholars. Numerous studies have shown that geographic location, environmental exposure, host genetic factors and immune status can all increase the risk of cryptococcosis. Knowledge of risk factors associated with cryptococcosis can help identify high risk patients, timely diagnose and treat cryptococcosis, and reduce the morbidity and mortality of cryptococcosis. This article reviews the risk factors of cryptococcosis through literature review.
