深部高应力复杂环境特大型水平矿柱开采方案优化研究 被引量:7

Optimization of Mining Scheme for Extra-large Horizontal Ore Pillar under High-stress and Complex Dynamic Conditions

摘要 针对金川二矿区1000m中段厚60m的特大型水平矿柱开采面临的矿岩稳固性差,地压显现剧烈,上、下充填体贯通等不利条件,初选出两种连续回采方案,即:方案一,1000m与850m双中段单"V"型开采;方案二,1000 m双"V"型与850m单"V"型开采。利用有限差分软件FLAC3D对初选的两种方案进行数值模拟,从连续回采过程中矿岩和充填体稳定性两方面对两种方案进行了对比分析。综合分析结果表明,方案二对水平矿柱的开采扰动相对较小,矿柱的整体稳定性较好。 In view of the adverse conditions such as poor stability of rock mass,severe ground pressure and the connection of upper and lower filling bodies in the mining of the extra-large horizontal pillar with a thickness of 60 mat 1000 mlevel in Jinchuan No.2 mining area,two continuous mining schemes were selected.That is,schemeⅠ:single V-shape mining for 1000 m and 850 mlevel;schemeⅡ:double V-shape for 1000 mlevel and single V-shape for 850 mlevel.The two schemes were simulated by finite difference software FLAC3 Dand were compared and analyzed in terms of the stability of the ore rock and the filling body during the continuous mining.The comprehensive analysis results showed that scheme Ⅱ had relatively little disturbance to the mining of horizontal pillars and the overall stability of the pillars was better.
