基于HALL模型的大型医疗PPP项目建设与运营集成管理框架研究

Research on Integrated Management Framework of Large-scale Medical PPP Construction Projects Based on Hall 3D Model

为缓解政府投资压力,满足多样化的医疗服务需求,引入PPP模式参与医院建设,但是在实践中医疗PPP模式仍然存在一些问题。文章在总结分析医疗建设项目和PPP项目特点的基础上,在HALL三维模型理论的基础上创新性加入空间环境维度,构建四维医疗建设PPP项目建设与运营集成管理框架模型,并对四个维度进行分析,期望能够促进我国医疗PPP的发展,为社会提供优质高效的医疗健康服务。

In order to alleviate the pressure of government investment and meet the diversified needs of medical services, the PPP model is introduced to participate in the construction of hospitals. However, there are still some problems with the PPP model in practice.In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the medical construction projects and the PPP project, in the HALL, on the basis of 3 d model theory innovation to join the dimension of space environment, build the four-dimensional medical construction of PPP project construction and operation of the integrated management framework model, and analyze the four dimensions, expected to promote the development of medical PPP in China, to provide quality and efficient medical and health services for the society.
