艾烟有效性及安全性机制的研究进展

A Research on Moxa Smoke’s Effectiveness and Its Security Mechanism

关于艾烟的有效性及安全性一直是围绕艾灸应用的一个具有争议性的话题,本文分析了近年来国内外关于艾烟的研究,就艾烟在改善机体微循环、调节脑内神经递质、增强免疫、抗氧化及脂质代谢调节等方面的起效机制进行了总结,同时也从艾烟的呼吸系统毒性、心血管毒性、遗传毒性、细胞凋亡等方面阐述了艾烟对机体的不良效应,以期为更深入的讨论提供参考。

It is a long-term and controversial issue concerning the effectiveness and security of moxa smoke in terms of the application of moxa.This paper analyzes the relevant studies both at home and abroad,and then makes a conclusion of the moxa smoke’s effectiveness mechanism in terms of promoting the body’s microcirculation,regulating the neurotransmitter,enhancing the immunity,anti-oxidation,and lipid metabolism regulation.Meanwhile,this paper also discusses the adverse effect in terms of the respiratory toxicity,cardiovascular toxicity;genetic toxicity;as well as cell apoptosis.
