崖柏属新品种DUS测试指南

摘要 特异性、一致性、稳定性(DUS)是判断植物是否属于新品种并授予品种权的前提,DUS测试指南是植物新品种保护的技术依据。为科学指导我国崖柏属植物新品种保护和育种工作,本文在形态学调查的基础上,选择崖柏属植物的16个性状作为测试指标,进一步细分为52项表达状态,并为45个表达状态确定了标准品种,从而制定了崖柏属植物新品种DUS测试指南。从研制方法、调查方法、测试方法、测试性状的选择、性状表达状态和相应代码的确定、标准品种的选择、DUS判定标准、性状特征表的制定和技术问卷的设计等方面详细介绍了崖柏属DUS测试指南的研制过程。崖柏属DUS测试指南是我国柏科植物的第一项DUS测试标准,为我国崖柏属植物新品种保护和良种选育提供了科学依据,对柏科不同属植物DUS测试指南的编制具有重要的借鉴意义。 Specificity,consistency and stability(DUS)are the premise to judge whether a plant belongs to a new variety and grant variety rights.DUS test guide is the technical basis for the protection of new varieties of plants.In order to guide the conservation and breeding of new varieties of Thuja in China,based on morphological investigation,16 characters of Thuja were selected as test indexes,further divided into 52 expression states,and the standard varieties were determined for 45 expression states,thus the DUS test guide for new varieties of Thuja was formulated.In this paper,the development process of DUS test guide for Thuja was introduced in detail from the aspects of development method,investigation method,test method,selection of test character,determination of character expression state and corresponding code,selection of standard variety,DUS judgment standard,formulation of character characteristic table and design of technical questionnaire.As the first DUS test standard of Cupressus in China,it provides a scientific basis for the protection of new varieties and selection of improved varieties of Cupressus in China,which is of great significance to the compilation of DUS test guide for different genera of Cupressaceae.
