足月妊娠孕妇血清维生素A、E水平及影响因素分析

Analysis of Serum Vitamin A and E Levels and the Influencing Factors in Full-term Pregnant Women

目的:分析1155例足月妊娠孕妇分娩时血清维生素A、E水平,探讨足月妊娠孕妇维生素营养情况及影响因素,为指导妊娠晚期及哺乳期合理补充维生素提供依据。方法:收集2018年1月1日至2019年3月31日深圳市第二人民医院中符合标准的足月分娩孕妇血清样本1155份,采用高效液相色谱法测定血清维生素A、E水平。结果:(1)不同年龄组间维生素A水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高龄组足月妊娠孕妇血清中维生素A浓度高于其他组孕妇;(2)不同年龄组间维生素E水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且年龄≥35岁孕妇血清中维生素E浓度明显高于其他年龄组孕妇;(3)不同体质量指数(BMI)组间维生素A水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),肥胖组维生素A水平高于其他组;(4)不同BMI组间维生素E水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:足月妊娠孕妇血清维生素A以缺乏为主,且与年龄、BMI有关;维生素E以过量为主,与年龄有关。

Objective To analyze the vitamin A and E levels in the serum of 1155 full-term pregnant women during delivery,and to explore the vitamin nutritional status and influencing factors of full-term pregnant women,so as to provide the basis for guiding the rational vitamin supplement in the late pregnancy and lactation.Methods From January 1,2018 to March 31,2019,1155 full-term delivery serum samples were collected and serum vitamin A and E levels were determined by HPLC.Results(1)There was a significant difference in vitamin a level between different age groups(P<0.05).The serum vitamin a concentration of the full-term pregnant women in the age≥35 group was higher than that of the other groups;(2)There was a significant difference in the vitamin E level between the different age groups(P<0.05),and the serum vitamin E concentration of the full-term pregnant women in the age≥35 group was significantly higher than that of the other age groups;(3)There was a significant difference in the vitamin E level between the different BMI groups.The difference of a level was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of vitamin A in obesity group was higher than that in other groups.(4)No significant difference in vitamin E levels between different BMI groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitamin A is mainly deficient and related to age and BMI;vitamin E is mainly excessive and related to age.
