自体脂肪联合肋软骨移植技术治疗Binder综合征的临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Autologous Fat Combined with Costal Cartilage Transplantation in the Treatment of Binder Syndrome

目的:探讨自体脂肪联合肋软骨移植技术治疗Binder综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取武警四川总队乐山医院2016年5月至2018年4月收治的100例Binder综合征患者,随机抽签法分为两组,各50例。观察组给予自体脂肪联合肋软骨移植技术治疗,对照组给予硅胶假体隆鼻术治疗。结果:治疗前,两组患者的鼻背长度、小柱-小叶比、鼻额角比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的鼻背长度、小柱-小叶比高于对照组,而鼻额角低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的小柱-上唇角、鼻尖突出率、鼻根突出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的小柱-上唇角、鼻尖突出率、鼻根突出率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体脂肪联合肋软骨移植技术治疗Binder综合征有利于改善鼻部与中面部外观。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous fat combined with costal cartilage transplantation in the treatment of Binder syndrome.Methods From May 2016 to April 2018,100 patients with Binder syndrome were selected from armed police Sichuan team Leshan hospital as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random sampling method.The observation group was treated with autologous fat combined with costal cartilage transplantation technique.Silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of nasal length,small column-o-eaf ratio,and nasal angle(P>0.05).After treatment,the nasal length and small-eaf ratio of the observation group were observed.Higher than the control group,and the nasal angle was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the small column-pper lip angle,nose tip protrusion rate and nasal root protrusion rate(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had small column-pper lip angle and nose tip protrusion rate.The rate of nasal root protrusion was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Autologous fat combined with costal cartilage transplantation technology has a high clinical value in the treatment of Binder syndrome.
