成人胸部结核病的CT诊断效果

CT Diagnosis of Thoracic Tuberculosis in Adults

目的:探讨成人胸部结核病的CT诊断效果。方法:选择漯河市郾城区人民医院2017年3月至2018年3月治疗的40例疑似胸部结核病患者作为对象,所有患者均经病理组织检查确诊(金标准),确诊前行超声检查,然后行CT检查,将CT、超声检查结果与金标准进行比较,分析不同检查方法诊断结果、准确率。结果:CT检查诊断出回声不均匀、病灶内部异常、病灶内钙化、病灶血流异常的例数均高于超声检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);以手术检测结果作为金标准,超声诊断胸部结核病患者灵敏度为68.97%,诊断特异度为27.27%;CT诊断胸部结核病患者灵敏度为89.66%,诊断特异度为63.64%。结论:将CT用于成人胸部结核病诊断中能提高诊断的准确性。

Objective To investigate the CT diagnosis of adult chest tuberculosis.Methods Forty patients with suspected chest tuberculosis treated in Luohe city people's hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.All patients were confirmed by pathological examination(gold standard).Ultrasound was performed before diagnosis and then performed.CT examination,comparing the results of CT and ultrasound with the gold standard,and analyzing the diagnosis results and accuracy of different detection methods.Results The number of cases of non-uniform echo,abnormality inside the lesion,calcification in the lesion,and abnormal blood flow in the lesion were higher in the CT examination than in the ultrasound examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical test results were used as the gold standard.The sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis of chest tuberculosis patients was 82.14%,and the specificity of diagnosis was 50.00%The sensitivity of CT diagnosis of chest tuberculosis patients was 83.87%,and the diagnostic specificity was 55.55%.Conclusion The use of CT in the diagnosis of adult chest tuberculosis can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
