摘要
利用吲哚-3-甲酸甲酯为原料,合成了新型吲哚三唑席夫碱结构荧光探针4-((2-羟-5-溴苄基)氨基)-5-(1H-吲哚-3-基)-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫醇(TZ),其结构经NMR、IR、ESI-MS和元素分析表征。在缓冲溶液(pH值=7.0)溶液中,探针TZ可以高选择性荧光识别Al 3+,检测限为26.7 nmol/L,pH值适用范围为6~10。当Al 3+与探针TZ配位时,生成1:1型配合物(TZ-Al 3+),在365nm紫外灯照射下,由无色变成亮蓝色强荧光,具有潜在的应用价值。
This paper,the titled compound probe 4-((2-hydroxy-5-bromobenzylidene)amino)-5-(1H-indol-3-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol(TZ)was synthesized by using methyl indole-3-carboxylate as starting material,and its structure was characterized by NMR,IR,ESI-MS and elemental analysis.The probe TZ display excellent selectivity and sensitivity of Al 3+over otheressential metal ions,the limit of detection for Al 3+could reach 26.7 nM.The binding stoichiometry between TZ and Al 3+was determined as 1:1 by Job’s plot and further verified with 1H NMR study.The fluorescence color of the system was changed from non-fluoresce to strong bright-blue fluorescence under 365 nm UV lamp irradiation.
