摘要
本文在传统单核(salen) Co催化剂的基础上,加入筛选的Lewis酸(Al Cl3和ZnCl2)制备得到一系列异核双金属及三金属salen催化剂(salen (Co-Al)、salen (Co-Zn)和salen (Co-Al-Zn)),并对其紫外吸收光谱图分析和在不对称水解动力学拆分外消旋环氧氯丙烷中催化性能进行了系统的研究。结果表明,和传统的单核(salen) Co催化剂相比,在相同的反应条件下,异核双金属和三金属salen催化剂表现出了更加优异的催化性能,其中以salen (Co-Al)(1∶1)催化剂的活性最优,并且反应后结构稳定,可进行反复的回收利用。本文采用的制备方法简单,有利于实现大规模的工业化生产,具有广阔的应用前景。
A series of heteronuclear bimetal and trimetal salen catalysts(salen(Co-Al)、salen(Co-Zn)and salen(Co-Al-Zn))were prepared by adding Lewis acids(AlCl 3 and ZnCl 2)on the basis of traditional mononuclear(salen)Co catalysts,and the ultraviolet absorption spectrum analysis and break points in asymmetric hydrolysis dynamics despun catalytic properties in the epoxy chloropropane the research of the system.The results showed that,compared with the traditional mononuclear(salen)Co catalyst,the heteronuclear bimetal and trimetal salen catalysts showed better catalytic performance under the same reaction conditions,in which the salen(Co-Al)(1∶1)catalyst had the best activity,and after the reaction it also has a stable structure,which could be recycled repeatedly.The preparation method adopted in this paper is simple,is conducive to the realization of large-scale industrial production,and has a broad application prospect.
