摘要
本文利用一步水热法合成出TiO 2空心球,利用扫描电镜、投射电镜及比表面积测试仪等进行表征分析,最后模拟印染废水进行甲基橙降解实验。实验结果表明,TiO 2空心球具有优异的光催化降解甲基橙性能:经过150min后的降解率达到96%,经过5次连续的吸附与光催化过程,其对甲基橙的去除效率仅下降了8.3%。
TiO 2 hollow sphere was synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method.The morphology was characterized by SEM,TEM and BET measurements,Finally,methyl orange degradation experiment was carried out by simulating the dye wastewater,The experimental results showed that TiO 2 hollow sphere had excellent photocatalytic degradation performance of methyl orange:the degradation rate reached 96%after 150 minutes,and the removal efficiency of methyl orange only decreased by 8.3%after 5 consecutive adsorption and photocatalytic processes.
