连续精馏生产优等品DMF的模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus V8.6,对N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)精制塔进行模拟研究。通过灵敏度分析确定了DMF精制塔的最佳工艺条件为:全塔采用52块理论板数,进料位置在42块理论板,回流比为1.9,进料温度为85℃,此时DMF精制塔顶DMF质量分数≥99.9%,重组分含量≤0.01%,DMF收率≥97.3%,可满足电子行业和高档聚氨酯(PU)浆料行业对优等品DMF的要求。本研究为DMF精制塔的设计提供了可靠的理论依据。 Aspen Plus V8.6 chemical process simulation software was used to simulate the process of distillation for N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)system.The optimal condition for the DMF distillation column is as follows by using sensitivity analysis module:the number of theoretical stage is 52,the feed stage is 42,the reflux ratio is 1.9,the feed temperature is 85℃.The mass fraction of DMF on the top of the column is≥99.9%,the mass fraction of the heavy components is≤0.01%,and the recovery rate of DMF is≥97.3%,which can meet the requirements of electronic industry and high-grade polyurethane(PU)slurry industry for superior DMF.This study provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design of DMF distillation column.
