摘要
浮顶储罐一二次密封结构间形成的相对密闭的环状油气空间,对罐区产生巨大的安全威胁,一旦发生雷击等,很可能会引发燃烧甚至爆炸。本文结合实际项目,采用GDS对一二次密封空间中的油气浓度和氧气含量进行实时监测,并对采集数据进行分析判断,当超过设定值时,控制室报警并发出驱动信号联动相应罐区附近的现场区域声光警报器,同时人工启动风机向一二次密封空间注入惰性气体,将油气浓度降至爆炸下限LEL以下,从而达到防火防爆的效果;再配合雷电预警系统,可以有效降低储罐因雷击导致的爆炸起火的事故风险。
The relatively closed annular oil and gas space formed between the primary and secondary sealing structures of floating roof storage tank has a huge safety threat to the tank farm.Once a lightning strike occurs,it is likely to cause combustion even explosion.Combined with the actual project,GDS is used to monitor the oil and gas concentration and oxygen content in the primary and secondary sealing space in real time,and analyze and judge the collected data.When the set value is exceeded,the control room will give an alarm and send a driving signal to link the sound and light alarm in the field area near the corresponding tank area.Meanwhile,the fan will be manually started to inject inert gas into the primary and secondary sealing space to reduce the oil and gas concentration below the lower explosion limit LEL,thereby achieving the effect of fire prevention and explosion protection;Combined with the lightning warning system,the risk of explosion and fire caused by lightning stroke can be effectively reduced.
