伊拉克某油田污水处理厂污水沉降罐气封系统设计

摘要 本文主要阐述了伊拉克某油田污水处理厂内含油污水沉降罐采用天然气、氮气两级独立的气封系统,有效的提高了气封系统的可靠性,通过设定排气调节阀、呼吸阀及泄压人孔等合理的开启压力,能够有效降低含油污水沉降罐内有害气体通过呼吸阀直接在罐顶周围排放频率。针对罐顶气相空间可能出现的负压工况,通过两级气封及呼吸阀组合的方式,可以确保储罐不出现负压瘪罐事故的发生。 This article is about the two stage nature gas and nitrogen gas blanket gas system for oily water separated tank,which will increase the safty for the blanket gas system,and by setting the reasonable pressure for blanket gas pressure regulating valve,pressure and vacuum valve,emergency valve will reduce the sour gas release through pressure and vacuum valve to atmosphere around the oily water separated tank.The two stage nature gas and nitrogen gas blanket gas system and the pressure and vacuum valve will guarantee the negative pressure condition in the tank safty.
