摘要
“环境生物技术”作为高等院校环境学科相关专业的必选课或限选课程,以拓宽学生专业视野,增强学生解决实际问题的能力为教学目标,实现提高学生综合素质;该课程不仅所涉及教学内容较为广泛,而且具有较强的实践性。总结近年在环境生物技术教学过程中实践,就如何实现教学目标、提高教学质量,进行了一些思考和探索,以期为这门课程的教学提供参考。
Environmental Biotechnology as required course or distributional electives course in environmental science and technology aims to broaden students'professional vision and enhance their ability to solve practical problems.The ultimate goal of this course is to improve students'comprehensive qualities.This course not only covers various branches of food science,but also possesses obvious practicality.Based on several years'teaching experiences in this course,the authors will discuss how to realize teaching goal,how to improve teaching quality and provide certain reference.
