Study on the Optimization Path of Business Environment in Liaoning Province

营商环境就是生产力,优化营商环境就是解放生产力、提升竞争力。近年来,辽宁省深入贯彻落实中央部署,把优化营商环境作为推动高质量发展的重大任务,不断创新体制机制,出台实施一系列政策措施,再创辽宁省营商环境新优势。本文对辽宁省营商环境建设的现状展开分析,探讨辽宁省营商环境建设的有效性和存在的主要问题,并提出辽宁省营商环境建设的长远对策和建议。

Business environment is productivity,and optimizing business environment is to liberate pro-ductivity and enhance competitiveness.In recent years,Liaoning Province has thoroughly implemented the central plan,taken optimizing the business environment as a major task to promote high-quality development,constantly innovated the system and mechanism,issued and implemented a series of policies and measures,and created a new advantage of business environment in Liaoning Province.This paper analyzes the current situa-tion of business environment construction in Liaoning Province,discusses the effectiveness and main prob-lems of business environment construction in Liaoning Province,and puts forward long-term countermeasures and suggestions for business environment construction in Liaoning Province.
