The Influence of Innovation Performance with Private Science and Technology Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

当前我国经济发展速度由高速迅猛抬头式增长转变为中高速稳定式增长,国内企业发展模式也由数量疯狂扩张型转变为提高质量创新能力型。浙江省作为我国民营科技企业发展大省,在提高浙江区域创新能力中发挥着重要作用。站在传统企业绩效考量上,考核民营科技企业绩效是非常片面的。因为民营科技企业拥有自身独有的创新企业特质。如,企业投入风险高、资源多元化、高科技人才依赖、产品更新迭代快、知识产权重视等。如果过度依赖于财务指标分析,仅对短期效益进行关注与评价,当前企业绩效是无法预估未来企业产出价值的。

At present,China’s economic development has seen the change from the initial rapid growth to medium-high and stable growth.Development mode of domestic enterprise is also converted from the initial booming expansion in quantity to focus on improving the innovation ability in quality.Zhejiang province,as a large development province of private science and technology enterprises in China,plays an important role in improving regional innovation ability in Zhejiang region.From the perspective of the traditional enter-prise performance evaluation,the performance of private science and technology enterprises is very one-sid-ed.Because private science and technology enterprises have their own unique innovative enterprise charac-teristics,such as high investment risk,diversification of resources,high-tech talents dependence,rapid product update and iteration,emphasis on intellectual property rights,and so on.If it relies too much on the analysis of financial indicators,and only pays attention to and evaluates the short-term benefits,the current enterprise performance cannot predict the future value of enterprise output.
