摘要
在线评论包含了大量消费者对商品的评价信息,它们影响着潜在消费者的购买决策。本文以新能源汽车的评论数据为研究对象,利用Python对评论数据爬取和处理,首先。对非规范化评论文本进行情感极性分析确定用户情感倾向;其次,对规范化评论文本从八个维度进行分析,挖掘出用户对新能源汽车的关注点,对商家改进服务和促进销售具有积极的意义。
Online reviews contain a lot of consumer evaluation information about products,and they influ-ence the purchasing decisions of potential consumers.This article takes the review data of new energy vehi-cles as the research object,and uses Python to crawl and process the review data.First,it conducts emotion-al polarity analysis on the non-standardized review text to determine the user’s emotional tendency.Second,it analyzes the standardized review text from eight dimensions.Discovering users’ concerns about new energy vehicles has a positive significance for merchants to improve services and promote sales.
