摘要
骨肉瘤是一种临床上较为常见的原发恶性骨肿瘤,多见于儿童和青少年。在发生于青少年的肿瘤中,骨肉瘤有较高发病率,早期即可发生远处转移,致死率极高,预后极差。LncRNA是一种长链非编码RNA,可通过调控DNA合成、基因表达、转录和转录后修饰、蛋白质代谢等生物学过程,影响肿瘤的发生发展。近年来,大量研究发现,lncRNA可通过PI3K/AKT、Wnt/β-catenin、Notch、MAPK/ERK等信号通路影响相关基因的表达,调控骨肉瘤细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡等生物学功能。
Osteosarcoma is a clinically common primary malignant bone tumor in children and adolescents, which has high incidence, distant metastasis, high fatality rate and poor prognosis. LncRNA is a long non-coding RNA which plays an important role in the progression of tumorigenesis, including DNA synthesis, gene expression, post-transcriptional modification, transcription and protein metabolism. In resent years, studies have shown that lncRNA can affect the expression of target genes through PI3 K/AKT, Wnt/β-catenin, Notch, MAPK/ERK and other signaling pathways, thereby regulating the biological functions such as proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis of tumor.
