脊柱结核CT与MRI影像诊断临床价值探讨

Clinical Value of CT and MRI in Diagnosis of Spinal Tuberculosis

目的:探讨脊柱结核CT与MRI影像诊断临床价值。方法:取疑似脊柱结核患者共60例,通过CT诊断、MRI诊断对比,评估诊断价值。结果:和CT相比,MRI诊断可精准评估椎体结核破坏范围,数据表比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对疑似脊柱结核患者,CT和MRI诊断均可起到预期效果,MRI诊断虽更为准确,但价格昂贵,应依据患者自身情况选择最佳诊断方式。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of CT and MRI imaging in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with suspected spinal tuberculosis were selected to evaluate the diagnostic value by contrast of CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis.Results:Compared with CT,MRI diagnosis can accurately assess the damage range of vertebral tuberculosis,and the data table is more meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion:For suspected spinal tuberculosis patients,both CT and MRI diagnosis can achieve the expected results.Although MRI diagnosis is more accurate,it is expensive,and the best diagnosis method should be selected according to the patient’s own situation.
