加强“村改居”社区工作者队伍建设的思考

目前,“村改居”社区工作者队伍建设较为滞后,无法满足社区长期建设发展的需要。针对“村改居”社区工作者队伍建设存在的诸如社区工作者素质有待加强、社区工资者薪酬缺乏保障等问题,需要从把好社区工作者的选拔任用关、注重对社区工作者的培训开发、完善社区工作者的激励制度、加强对社区工作者的考核监督等方面采取相应的对策措施。

At present,the construction of community workers team in the“village-to-community”is lagging behind and cannot meet the needs of long-term development.Aiming at the problems in the construction of the community worker team in village-to-community,such as the need to strengthen the quality of community workers and the lack of guarantees for the salaries of community workers,it is necessary to take corresponding measures from the aspects of strengthening the selection and appointment of community workers,focusing on the training and development of community workers,perfecting the incentive system and improving the assessment and supervision of community workers.
