中外合作护理专业学生国内段学习适应现状与分析 被引量:3

Current situation and analysis of learning adaptation of Chinese-foreign cooperative nursing students during domestic learning stage

摘要 目的探究中外合作项目中护理专业学生的国内段学习的学习适应现状,明确其学习适应问题,并探讨相应的解决策略,以期减少学习适应障碍带来的学习压力,提高中外合作办学的教学质量。方法采用方便抽样法,选择湖北某护理学院大一、大二、大三本科学生(国内学习阶段)作为研究对象,分为中外合作班和普通本科班。向研究对象发放《大学生学习适应量表》,所有数据使用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果共发放问卷244份,回收220份。中外合作班学习适应总分(99.47±11.58)低于普通本科班(101.12±11.94),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在各维度得分中,中外合作班在学习态度、教学模式两维度得分显著低于普通本科班(P<0.05),环境因素维度得分高于普通班(P<0.05)。不同年级、不同性别中外合作班学生的学习适应情况无明显差异(P>0.05),但男生在教学模式和学习态度维度得分明显低于女生(P<0.05)。结论中外合作护理专业学生在国内学习阶段确实存在学习适应不良,主要体现在教学模式适应不良、学习态度不佳两个维度,希望通过加强该项目学生的英语学习以及增加导学课程等策略,提高中外合作办学学生的学习适应性。 Objective To explore the learning adaption situation of nursing students during domestic learning stage in Chinese-foreign cooperative programs,clarify their learning adaptation problems,and explore the corresponding solutions in order to reduce the learning pressure brou-ght by learning adaptation barriers as well as improve the teaching quality of Chinese-foreign co-operative learning.Methods Freshmen,sophomores and junior students(in domestic learning st-age)of a nursing college in Hubei province were selected as the research objects by convenient sam-pling method,and divided into Chinese-foreign cooperative class and general undergraduate class.SPSS 17.0 software was adopted to make statistic analysis of all data.Results Among 244 distri-buted questionnaires,220 were recovered.The total score of learning adaptation of Chinese-for-eign cooperative class(99.47±11.58)was lower than that of general undergraduate class(101.12±11.94),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Among the scores of all dimensions,the scores of learning attitude and teaching mode of Chinese-foreign cooperative clas-ses were significantly lower than those of general undergraduate classes(P<0.05),and the score of environmental factors was higher than that of general undergraduate classes(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in learning adaption among students of different grades and genders in Chinese-foreign cooperative class(P>0.05),but male students obtained significantly lower sc-ores in teaching mode as well as learning attitude dimension than female students(P<0.05).Con-clusion Nursing students in Chinese-foreign cooperative program do present learning maladjust-ment during domestic learning stage,and it is mainly reflected in the two dimensions of malad-justment of teaching mode and poor learning attitude.We hope to improve the learning adaptabi-lity of nursing students in Chinese-foreign cooperative program by strengthening their English learning and increasing the learning guidance courses.
