摘要
目的探讨基于微信的课堂派教学平台在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2014级五年制临床专业本科生2个班共221名学生作为研究对象,按授课方式不同分为传统方式教学班(对照组)与课堂派教学班(实验组),学期课程结束后采用相同的试卷予以考核并进行教学评价,比较两组应用不同教学模式的教学效果。结果在理论笔试测试成绩与随堂测试两方面,实验组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学评价相关结果显示,实验组认为基于微信的课堂派教学平台在协助理解教学内容、提高学习积极性与主动性、加强互动及增加班组协作能力方面的评价均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在培养自学能力及拓展知识面等方面,实验组并无明显优势(P>0.05)。结论将基于微信的课堂派教学平台引入耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中,在提高学生成绩、改善教学效果方面优于传统教学方式,其推广有助于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学模式的革新。
Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat-based Ketangpai teaching platform in otolaryngology head and neck surgery teaching.Methods 221 clinical undergraduate students from class 1 and 2 in the five-year program enrolled in 2014 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(taught with traditional teaching method)and the ex-perimental group(taught on Ketangpai teaching platform).After the course was finished,same paper test was given to both groups to evaluate and compare teaching effects of two difference tea-ching modes.Results In terms of theoretical written test and in-class-quiz,the experimental gro-up had significantly higher scores than the control group,and their difference is statistically signi-ficant(P<0.05).According to related results of teaching evaluation,the experimental group con-sidered that the teaching method with WeChat-based Ketangpai teaching platform performed sig-nificantly better than traditional teaching method in the control group in coordinating understan-ding of teaching content,improving learning initiative,boosting interaction as well as promoting collaboration ability in class and group,and they gave better evaluation than the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).However,in cultivating self-learning ability as well as developing knowledge scope,the experimental showed no superiority(P>0.05).Con-clusion The teaching mode with WeChat-based Ketangpai teaching platform is superior to the tr-aditional teaching mode in improving students'performance and teaching effect.Its popularization is helpful to the innovation of teaching mode of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
