基于WebGL技术的人体骨骼解剖教学应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨WebGL技术在人体骨骼解剖理论教学中的应用价值。方法按照人体解剖学运动系统教学大纲要求,收集临床患者全身计算机断层扫描(CT)数据,利用医学三维重建软件Mimics 14.0对数据进行建模,备用上传至数字医学教学网,构建人体三维骨骼解剖模型WebGL交互学习平台,通过人体骨骼解剖三维可视化模型实施理论教学,与传统教学方法相比评价教学效果。结果与传统教学相比,应用WebGL技术教学法的学生考核成绩较高(P<0.05);在“激发学习兴趣、可视化与逼真度、更易理解与记忆知识、简化复杂内容的程度、增加师生交流机会、教学的高效与快捷性、提升自学能力、对教学模式总体感受”八个方面的满意度得分实验组较高(P<0.05),在“教学模式适应性”方面则较低(P>0.05)。结论WebGL技术辅助人体骨骼解剖教学可明显激发学生的学习兴趣,提高自学能力、学习成绩和教学满意度,提升教学效果。 Objective To explore the application value of WebGL technology in theoretical teaching of human skeleton anatomy.Methods According to the requirements in the teaching syl-labus of human anatomy movement system,the data of patients'whole body CT scan were collec-ted,then reconstructed by medical 3D reconstruction software(Mimics14.0),and finally uploa-ded to the digital medical teaching network for backup to build WebGL interactive platform of hu-man 3D skeleton anatomy model.Applying 3D visualization model of human skeleton anatomy in theoretical teaching,and comparing its teaching effect with that of the traditional teaching meth-od.Results Compared with the traditional teaching method,students who were taught with Web-GL technology applied teaching method obtained higher scores assessment(P<0.05).For the ex-perimental group,the satisfaction scores in eight aspects including"stimulating learning interest,visualization and fidelity,easier understanding and memory of knowledge,simplifying the degree of complex content,increasing communication opportunities between teachers and students,high efficiency and rapidity of teaching,improving self-study ability and overall feeling of teaching mo-de"were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the satisfaction score of"tea-ching mode adaption"was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The app-lication of WebGL technology in the teaching of human skeleton anatomy can obviously stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their self-learning ability,academic performance and teach-ing satisfaction,and boost the teaching effect.
