对FXN5C内燃机车齿轮箱这一全新承载式铸铝齿轮箱的结构进行了研究,介绍了结构特点,进行了强度分析和密封性能分析。针对密封性能试验中出现的问题,进行了现场调研,并提出了解决方案。

The structure of the FXN5C diesel locomotive gearbox,a new load-bearing cast aluminum gearbox,was studied,the structural characteristics were introduced,and the strength analysis and sealing performance analysis were performed.Aiming at the problems in the sealing performance test,a field investigation was carried out and a solution was proposed.
