摘要
沉孔底面是柱塞套高压密封端面的一种新结构形式,精度要求高,无法使用常规平面磨或平面研磨机进行加工,也无法进行平板抛光,加工难度大。对沉孔底面的超精密加工工艺进行了研究,分析了技术要求、加工难点和磨削加工的可行性。在此基础上,形成三种沉孔底面的超精密加工工艺方案,并进行对比,确认了最优的加工工艺方案。
The bottom surface of the counterbore is a new structural form of the end face of the high-pressure seal of the plunger sleeve,which requires high precision and it is difficult in processing since it is not available to be processed by conventional surface grinder or surface lapping machines,nor can it be processed by tablet polishing.The ultra-precision machining technology of the bottom surface of the counterbore was studied,and the technical requirements,processing difficulties and the feasibility of ground finish were analyzed.On this basis,three types of ultra-precision processing schemes for the bottom surface of the counterbore were formed and compared to confirm the optimal processing scheme.
