摘要
为达到跨声速风洞试验段壁板的技术指标,对多斜孔薄板的关键加工工艺进行了研究。在分析多斜孔薄板加工主要控制项和加工难点的基础上,重点研究了斜孔加工工艺、薄板平面度加工工艺和薄板防腐蚀工艺。在跨声速风洞壁板加工中应用所研究的多斜孔薄板加工工艺,确认可以满足技术指标。
In order to achieve the technical indicator of the wall board of the transonic wind tunnel test section,the key processing technology for the thin sheet with multiple oblique holes was studied.Based on the analysis of the main control items and difficulties in processing of the thin sheet with multiple oblique holes,the research focuses on the processing technology for oblique holes,the processing technology for thin sheet flatness and the anti-corrosion technology for thin sheet.The application of the processing technology studied for the thin sheet with multiple oblique holes in the processing of wall board of the transonic wind tunnel confirms that it meets the technical indicators.
