摘要
针对HXD3C电力机车主变压器油管管道中出现的波纹管鼓包现象,对油管管道结构、波纹管鼓包原因进行了分析。建立波纹管三维模型,导入ANSYS软件进行模态分析和静力学分析,得到波纹管的受力与变形情况。在分析的基础上,针对波纹管鼓包现象提出改进措施。
Aiming at the bellow bulging in the oil pipeline of the main transformer of the HXD3C electric locomotive,the structure of the oil pipeline and the cause of the bulge of the bellows were analyzed.A three-dimensional model of the bellow was established,which was imported into ANSYS software for modal analysis and static analysis to obtain the stress and deformation of the bellow.Based on the analysis,corrective measures were proposed for the bellow bulging.
