穴位埋线联合质子泵抑制剂对慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的症状改善及预后分析

Effects of acupoint catgut embedding combined with proton pump inhibitor on the improvement of symptom and prognosis of patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis

目的研究穴位埋线联合质子泵抑制剂对慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的症状改善及预后影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月收治的慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者200例进行研究,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组100例。对照组实施奥美拉唑肠溶片口服常规治疗,观察组则在对照基础上加用穴位埋线治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分,治疗前后血清炎症因子水平,不良反应发生情况,治疗前后胃动素、胃泌素水平,复发率情况。结果2组治疗后中医证候积分相较于治疗前均显著改善,且观察组改善程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清IL-11、IL-8水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、腹泻、食欲不振、肝功能异常发生率相较于对照组均不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组胃动素与胃泌素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组随访6个月、12个月的复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合质子泵抑制剂可显著改善慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的症状,且有利于改善炎症细胞因子以及胃泌素、胃动素水平,预后效果较佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint catgut embedding combined with proton pump inhibitor on the improvement of symptom and prognosis of patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into observation group and control group according to random digital table method,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of the control group,were treated by acupoint catgut embedding.The scores of TCM syndromes,the serum levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment,the incidence rates of adverse reactions,the levels of motilin and gastrin before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly improved after treatment,as compared with those before treatment,moreover the improvement degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-11 and IL-8 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,loss of appetite and abnormal liver function between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After 6-month follow-up and 12-month follow-up,therelapse ratea in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint catgut embedding combined with proton pump inhibitors can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis,which is helpful for improving the levels of inflammatory cytokines,gastrin and motilin,with better prognosis,therefore,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
