健肢保温干预对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术中低体温的影响

Effects of healthy limb warming intervention on intraoperative hypothermia in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture

目的分析探讨健肢保温干预对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术中低体温的影响。方法本次医学研究样本选取2018年7月至2019年7月老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,依据患者临床接受的护理措施差异,将其平均分为参照组52例与研究组,每组26例。参照组接受常规护理干预,研究组以常规护理干预为基础,增加实施健肢保温干预,比较围手术期2组患者的体温变化情况及并发症发生情况。结果术前和手术后60 min 2组患者体温基本一致(P>0.05);手术中30 min、60 min和手术后30 min研究组患者的体温指标参数相较于参照组数据明显较高(P<0.05);研究组患者在并发症发生率方面,相较于参照组组间数据明显较低(P<0.05);在生理功能评分、心理功能评分和社会功能评分方面,研究组数据指标占优优势(P<0.05)。结论在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术中护理中应用健肢保温干预能够显著改善患者的低体温状况,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of healthy limb warming intervention on intraoperative hypothermia in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 52 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 26 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing intervention,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by healthy limb warming intervention.The changes of body temperature and incidence rates of complications at peroperative period were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the body temperature before and after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperature levels at 30min and 60 min during operation and at 30 min after surgery in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).And the incidence rates of complications in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover of the physiological function scores,psychological function scores,and social function scores in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of healthy limb warming intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures can significantly improve the hypothermia status of the patients,therefor,it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
