清热利湿法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果

Effect of clearing heat and removing dampness in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis

目的探讨西医结合清热利湿法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果。方法选择2017年6月~2019年8月于武汉市第一医院诊治的急性痛风性关节炎患者94例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,各47例。其中对照组采用西医常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上结合清热利湿法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、实验室指标水平、关节症状积分及不良反应发生率。结果两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后血尿酸、C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率和白介素-6水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后关节功能、关节疼痛及关节红肿积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西医结合清热利湿法治疗急性痛风性关节炎能更好地改善患者的临床症状,降低实验室指标水平,且安全性好。

Objective To discuss the effect of Western medicine treatment combined with clearing heat and removing dampness in the treatment of acute gout arthritis.Methods Ninety-four patients with acute gout arthritis diagnosed and treated in the First Hospital of Wuhan City from June 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and experimental group was treated with heat clearing and dampness removing therapy on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy,laboratory index,joint symptom score and adverse reaction rate were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum uric acid,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and interleukin-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of joint function,joint pain and joint swelling in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with clearing heat and removing dampness can improve clinical symptoms of patients with acute gout arthritis,reduce the level of laboratory indicators,and have good safety.
